Keira K Jewellery Returns Policy

We want you to love your Keira K Jewellery purchase! If you’ve had a change of heart, you can return your items within 15 days of receiving your purchase, as long as the conditions of our Returns Policy are met.

Key Returns Information:

  • Return Rewards: Choose store credit for your return and receive an additional 10% off your next purchase.
  • Flat Rate Fee: Returns within Australia will incur a flat rate fee of $12.
  • Timeframe: You have 15 days to request a return from the date you receive your purchase.

Conditions for Returns

We accept returns on all online purchases with the following conditions applied:

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your items.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All items must be securely packaged in the original Keira K Jewellery box and accompanied by all original components (e.g., gift sets).

Items Not Eligible for Returns

We cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are deemed faulty:

  • Earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
  • Engraved jewellery or any customized pieces.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.
  • Sale items marked as FINAL SALE.

Important Notes

  • Any shipping and gift-wrapping costs are non-refundable on change-of-mind returns.
  • All returned items undergo a quality assurance check upon arrival, and it is at the discretion of Keira K Jewellery whether the item meets the return criteria.

How to Return an Online Purchase

  1. Send us an email to hellogirl@keirak.com.au
  2. Write your order details with the items you wish to return.
  3. Write the reason for returning and agree to the Return Policy.
  4. Write your resolution (store credit + 10% or refund to the original payment method).
  5. Print the return label provided and securely package your items.
  6. Drop off the parcel at your nearest Post Office.

We will email you as soon as we receive your returned product. Once we approve it, we will refund or give you store credits within 5 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please email us at hellogirl@keirak.com.au with clear images, your order number, and an explanation of the issue. We’ll then guide you through the next steps.

Returning a Gift

If you wish to return a gift, you’ll need the original order details (order number, email, phone number, or postcode). Refunds can only be issued using the original payment method. Alternatively, opt for store credit + 10% for your next purchase.
